I have over a decade of experience training, facilitating and coaching individuals and groups. As a facilitator and coach, my mission is to support people and groups to navigate uncertainty and complexity with courage and vulnerability, to embrace the process and to craft deeply transformative solutions along the way.

My Coaching and Facilitation Values
1. Compassion. I hold unconditional positive regard for everyone I work with. I believe in everyone’s inherent goodness and capacity to navigate their greatest hardships and suffering. I do not seek to fix others’ problems for them, but instead extend them support and kindness to find solutions themselves.
2. Safety. Too many of the dominant systems, institutions and spaces in mainstream society cause harm and exclude voices on the margins. We have the opportunity to reverse this tide through the spaces we create in groups and 1-1 interactions. I am committed to building spaces which include, welcome and invite the participation of all participants in a way that makes them feel safe, seen and heard.
3. Diversity. Diversity is life. Insight and learning lies in understanding not just the things we share in common but also how each of us is beautifully unique from one another. Diversity enables greater sensing and sense-making, because it widens the pool of vantage points and sense-makers. This is especially beneficial when navigating complexity and wicked problems.
I am committed to proactively creating intersectional spaces which encourage and welcome in diversity of race, class, gender, sexual-orientation, body type, health and all the multitude of perspectives that come with this. I am also committed to supporting groups to welcome in and navigate divergence and diversity of opinion. Too often groups can rush to a place of convergence before exploring the fringes, nuance and complexity that makes life what it is.
4. Integrity - I believe in the power of honesty and transparency in all that I do. We can’t make good decisions without open access to information. I am committed to helping bring information out into the open in safe and inclusive ways. This includes sharing things I am noticing and also being honest about my own capacities, including when they are not sufficient to meet the group’s needs. I am also committed to the lifelong process of my own inner work so that I can act with greater integrity and self-awareness in all that I do.

- Coaching: $100/55min session
- Facilitation: $1200/day of delivery + $80/hr for prep
